Deluge Valve

The FIRETECH Deluge Valve 2.0 MPR is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm-type deluge valve designed for high-performance fire protection applications in deluge, water spray, and foam systems. Engineered with a compact, low-loss flow path and elastomeric diaphragm control mechanism, the valve ensures rapid response, reliable operation, and consistent performance under varying pressure conditions. The system operates by maintaining a pressurized control chamber, which upon actuation via electrical (solenoid), hydraulic, or manual release, enables instantaneous valve opening for full-flow discharge.Designed for installation in hazardous and high-demand environments, the valve is optimized for high flow coefficient (Cv/Kv), low pressure drop, and wide inlet pressure range (1.4 to 17.2 bar). Its simplified trim configuration and minimal moving parts enhance operational reliability while reducing maintenance complexity. The valve supports multiple actuation configurations including wet and electric trim arrangements, making it suitable for integration with modern fire detection and control systems. The absence of mechanical springs and reliance on differential pressure operation ensures fail-safe performance and long service life even under demanding industrial conditions.
